Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BuckHaul website and related services (the “Service”), operated by BuckHaul as a sole proprietorship (“BuckHaul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

BuckHaul is a curated aggregator of publicly available pricing and availability information for hunting gear sold by third-party retailers. We do not sell, stock, ship, or fulfill products. All purchases are made directly between you and the retailer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. User Accounts

You may provide your email address to join the waitlist or, in the future, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and for any activity under your email or account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any unlawful manner.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Affiliate Relationships

BuckHaul participates in affiliate programs with various retailers. When you click a product link on the Service, BuckHaul may earn a commission if you complete a purchase at the retailer, at no additional cost to you. We do not bias the feed toward higher-commission partners. Lowest verified price wins.

6. No Warranty on Retailer Data

Prices, discounts, product descriptions, images, and stock status displayed on the Service are sourced from retailers, their feeds, or public pages and may be out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate. The authoritative price and availability for any product is determined at the retailer’s own checkout. BuckHaul is not responsible for pricing errors, stock-outs, fulfillment issues, or any other aspect of your transaction with a retailer.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Service contains links to third-party websites operated by retailers and others. Those websites are not controlled by BuckHaul, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BuckHaul is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original text, design, code, and logos, is owned by BuckHaul and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Retailer names, brand names, and product trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear on the Service for descriptive purposes only; their presence does not imply endorsement of or by BuckHaul.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. BuckHaul does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that price or availability data is correct or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuckHaul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. BuckHaul’s total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuckHaul from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and BuckHaul agree to resolve any dispute exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
